We stand by our products! So we provide a full support on every product we sell.

By default, we use a standard overnight courier for North Island and 2 days for South Island. If you want to have it shipped overnight to South Island, please let us know.

Orders made before 4pm, will be shipped on the same day.

Absolutely! But do let us know at least 1 hour in advance as we still need time to process the order.

You can request for repair/ exchange (If the product is irreparable) under warranty. However, if you send the product back to us and it’s not faulty, you will be charged for a testing fee + courier (When we send them back to you).

Have the serial number and the invoice number ready, then contact our sales team and we will assist you with the return.

We charge 20% for restocking fees, provided that the product is in brand new condition with original box and accessories. We do accept exchange in some circumstances, discuss this with our sales team.

Please do let us know well in advance before the due date. As we do charge interest on outstanding balances, once the interest has been applied, it will be irreversible.
