Powerline is a technology that uses your home’s electrical wiring to transmit internet data, allowing you to create a network in places where Wi-Fi is weak. It uses at least two powerline adapters: one connects to your router and a power outlet, and the other connects to a device and an outlet in another room, creating a wired network connection without running new Ethernet cables.
