• Supply -> The surveillance HDD supplied will be either a WD Purple or an equivalent Seagate SkyHawk model, depending on current stock availability. We are unable to offer model selection, and the supplied unit will be based on what is available at the time of dispatch.
• Warranty replacements -> For warranty replacements, we are unable to supply a new HDD at the original purchase price, as market pricing has changed significantly since the initial supply. Accordingly, any replacement HDD will be invoiced at the current market rate. The originally supplied HDD will be credited at its original invoiced price. We apologize for any inconvenience.
