NVR – Network Video Recorder.
NVRs use IP surveillance technology – IP cameras and wired / wireless signal transmission to the NVR.
The IP or Network cameras in NVR systems connect to the recorder through wired OR wireless LAN, transmitting digitized and encoded images. Once the encoded and digitized IP images reach the NVR, they can be stored on the HDD/s and made available for viewing and recording.
