The Press Rex® Green/Green – WP (Weather Protected Press to Exit unit) is a request to exit device designed for use with Access Control Systems in more exposed environments. It features an illuminated silicone push button that can be easily pressed and seen in areas of limited lighting.
The Press Rex® Green/Green – WP is designed to withstand splashes and sprays but is not designed for submersion or exposure to high-pressure water streams.
Key Features :-
- Designed to achieve an IP55 ingress protection rating, it features a protective coating on the PCB and an EVA gasket to provide a weather protection seal
- The Press Rex® Green/Green – WP has a large tactile button to give the user good feedback that the button has been pressed
- The button is backlit green and changes to a brighter green upon activation
- Durable silicone button with embedded “PRESS” text
- Built-in sounder to provide audible confirmation of operation
- Easy to clean and fade resistant.
- Single gang profile fits a standard New Zealand and Australian electrical flush box (95mm H, 60mm W, 50mm D)
- Power requirements: 10 to 30Vdc
- Current Draw – Standby: 61mA @ 13.6Vdc & 27.2Vdc
- Current Draw – Activated: 126mA @ 13.6Vdc & 27.2Vdc
- Two sets of Clean N/O and N/C outputs
- The contacts are rated at 2A, 30Vdc
- The silicone button is backlit
